In this activity, we focus on teaching participants how to make signature tropical cocktails using fruits and other typical ingredients from Colombia, giving them the opportunity to experience new flavors.
Depending on availability and preferences, cocktails may include fruits such as lulo, tamarillo (tree tomato), green mango, guava, tamarind, corozo, or be based on panela (undefined cane sugar).
The liquors used will mainly be national, including rum, aguardiente, quinado, coffee liqueur, gin, among others.
Each participant will have the opportunity to prepare their cocktails. Not only will fruit juices be used, but participants will also taste the fruits and we will demonstrate or explain the preparation of the juices. The activity is also open to non-alcohol drinkers.
Note: People who do not drink alcohol can participate.
